Provide the rights holder's identity, resource ID, original link, proof of ownership, and requested action. Malicious or impersonated reports may be rejected.

After a valid report, NEX pauses the disputed download, contacts the publisher, and checks permission. Complete reports receive priority response within three business days.
Counter notice and restoration
Publishers may provide original permission or a counter notice. If the platform cannot resolve the dispute, the parties should use a court with jurisdiction.
